“Love is the beauty of the soul.” – Saint Augustine...

In Scripture, the word soul appears 754 times in the Old Testament and 102 times in the New Testament—856 times in all. Clearly, God wants us to notice the soul.

The soul is the essence of who we truly are. It is our life-source—the God-given flame that burns through eternity. While our body and mind serve as vessels for this earthly journey, it is our soul that carries the magnetic pull to commune with our Creator.

We all travel at different speeds along life’s road. None of us are perfect. We stumble, we falter, we fall short. But each day we are given a choice: to nurture and define who we are in our souls. Our life, our legacy, and our eternity depend on it.

Did you know that Scripture even speaks of God’s own soul (1 Thessalonians 5:23)

Just imagine—a God who not only gave us a soul but shares His own heart and essence with us.

The best relationship we could ever know is soul to soul with God. Search your heart. Free your soul. Let Him guide you into the fullness of life everlasting. A happy soul cannot be contained, because it rests secure in what the future holds.

The meaning of disappearing ceases to be visible. 

The word Disappear is in the Bible approximately (61 instances) Disappeared (28 instances) Melt (41 instances) Vanish (30 instances)

This word tried very hard to disappear from my mind... But it continued to haunt me until I said ok, ok I am here...

Have you ever felt so vulnerable,  so overwhelmed, so confused.. maybe even frightened that you wished you could just disappear?? I know this thought has crossed my mind a few times... It has even happened as I traveled into this unfamiliar territory with God.

But what are we truly running from ?? I feel sometimes things look scarier than they truly are ?? When we are confused they can become bigger than life. We have a tendency to look at the mountain before us instead of stepping out in faith and trusting God... 

Sometimes we just need to hold our breath and just jump... Risking is part of life... Risking is part of growing... Why do we worry about other people's opinions? What makes us want that expectance? Why do we look to people instead of God for our validation? 

It's ironic to me that it seems that the risk-takers are the visible ones... They risk living life without boundaries... They risk looking silly in other people's eyes as they chase their dreams... They risk loving with all of their heart, even when people don't understand!!

Are you a risk-taker? Do you live life to it’s fullest? Will you leave your mark on this world or will the day come when you disappear like a vapor in the wind? 

Or have you already disappeared? Or are you dormant, just standing on the sidelines?

Do you know that in-complacency can slowly make you fade from view??  I hope you get excited when I tell you that I know without a doubt we can never fade from our Father's grace. 

I have found myself trying to understand why people run and hide and disappear from love ???  That one hit close to home ?? And it is a subject I will never understand...  It is an action that has left scars... 

Disappearing can be lonely...

It can act as a band-aid for a much deeper problem ... The problem will never get resolved... It will continue to show its ugly head time and time again... Have you ever heard you can run but you can not hide??  I finally realize what that truly means... God, It means God... He is always with us... He knows our every thought... Our every action! Our every prayer!

 Now I don't know about you but I find that amazing! 

I will also share a secret that I have discovered about Him... 

Shh...don't tell anyone... I am only going to share this with you... 

If you don't know this by now?  I love running and hiding with Him... Disappearing with Him is the most beautiful feeling in our world... Just think He knows our every thought. He knows how we feel... He knows everything about us!!!  He loves us unconditionally... I must say it does not get any better than that!! 

Oh my,  please excuse me...while I disappear...mediating with Him is the best medicine for the soul.  .... He WOWS me. 🥰

Christina Li-Disappear [With Lyrics]

Meditation moment shared from my heart. 

The room was cold and dimly lit. I settled into my zero gravity chair and covered with a warm blanket. I tried to settle my thoughts. I began to breathe in a few short breaths and let them out slowly... 

In my mind's eye, I found myself in a cathedral sitting in a pew. 

When suddenly Jesus appeared from the ceiling floating down slowly into the room. He softly landed and walked to me. He reached for my hand and led me and I followed.  We came to a rooftop like setting. We could see a dark city. He held my hand and we floated to a place where we were standing on a glass floor. We could see the dark city below.   

He began to point His finger to the buildings below. As He pointed at the window, a light began to spill out a warm glow. He pointed to another window, and again a light began to spill out a warm glow. He did this several times. I felt like he was showing me that His light was indeed reaching souls.

He smiled. And then He held my hand and slowly walked to a bench just a few steps away. We sat down. I snuggled in close and suddenly I felt a rushing but gentle wind behind me, and these giant white wings appeared they seemed to be coming from His back. They opened fully I could see the delicate feathers.. the softness and beauty they seem to reach at least 6 feet on either side... I seem to be unafraid, I seemed to be at peace like this was a normal everyday occurrence. 

I placed my hand on his chest and my head on His shoulder.. and His wings and His arms wrapped me into the most beautiful loving moment in time... we lingered there for a while.

and then suddenly I was there alone. 

I walked to the middle of the glass floor... I raised my arms palms up.. with my head looked upward,  and there I stood, and this thought crossed my mind...There are still so many dark windows... 

And just as soon as that thought crossed my mind.  I could see windows being lit some shining bright some just showing a small flicker in darkness ... The image stayed for a few seconds as the music played, and then the moment faded and the music ended. 

I can only pray that if you read this, Your flicker turns into a flame 🔥.

For those of you who follow my blog. You know that I meditate. And there are many times I have a story that unfolds in my mind. Now, I must admit many things have happened on this amazing journey. 

My Father in Heaven, Yashua, and the Holy Spirit have taught me many things… And as you know I am still a work in progress. But have vowed to listen to His voice as I move towards His beautiful light. He reminded me of this meditation today. It was written last year, but it holds a lesson that may speak to someone’s hurting soul.  

This Meditation was written Dec 2018 

I stumbled across a meditation for healing the body .. My thought " I have no complaints" But then I thought my heart❣ still carries a scar. So I settled in made myself comfortable and listened to the narrator. And my mind's eye brought me here. I was laying down on a soft comfortable bed. My arms were stretched out as wide as they would allow. My palms were open facing upward. My feet were crossed at the ankle.. I was drifting into a subconscious peaceful state of mind. When my chest began to open slowly. A radiating light began to illuminate softly from my chest. The light carried flecks of sparkles that began to float upward. I could see my heart. It was not my human heart but it appeared to look like an artist rendition of a 3-dimensional deep red heart ❤. My heart started to open as well allowing more light and flecks to join the existing light. They seemed to join this illuminating dance upward. When my heart opened fully a white dove appeared and in slow motion began to fly upward within this amazing light. There was a peaceful freedom felt.  

This vision lasted for a short while. 

I felt a peace in my heart and love in my soul, and the mediation ended. 

Lesson: When your heart is open and you give what is hurting you to God.  The Holy Spirit will free your soul. Thus, giving you an indescribable peace in your heart. Knowing that God is

now holding the cause of your heartache in his hands and will handle it from here.

I guess that saying is True: LET GO and Let God…

He said, “Listen to my words: “When there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams.

Meaning of dreams: a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep.

There are approximately 20 dreams listed in the Bible. 

Dreams, do we go to a place where we are a fragment of our conscious self? Do we play out what our subconscious truly has hidden deep in our hearts? Or do we dream with our eyes wide open? I do believe all are true at some level.

All this talk about dreams makes me yearn to listen to music and drift away to a place that I have found. Its a blissful state where the magic happens. I have spent time there healing. I have spent time there learning. I have spent time with loved ones that now live in heaven. I have seen a glimpse of heavens doors. I have traveled on flying horses. 

I have interacted with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. You see there is a magical part of our soul that craves an oneness with our Creator. 

Have you ever questioned why God calls us His children? Have you ever wondered why Jesus asks us to come to Him as a child? I believe as we become adults we lose that undying innocent trust, wonder, and imagination that lives in every child’s mind, heart, and soul.  

When we dream, we escape from our world and go to a place where all things are possible.  In Matthew 18:3, Jesus says, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you change and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

The technical part of this activity is described as two distinct types of sleep / slow-wave sleep (SWS), which is that deep sleep, and rapid eye movement (REM), also called dreaming sleep. Brain waves slow down, our muscles relax, our breathing becomes deep, this seems to help the brain and body to recuperate after a long day.

After SWS, REM sleep begins. the dreamer's brain becomes highly active while the body's muscles are somewhat paralyzed state, and breathing and heart rate become erratic. They say REM sleep is a biological mystery. 

Is it a mystery? Or is this REM state where our soul opens a small window of opportunity of total trust, wonder, and our child-like imagination. Thus bringing us to a place where we are more receptive to God’s communication with His child without all the baggage that we have picked up just by living life in our human state. 

I for one find this state an amazing escape, you will wake up refreshed. Your body can heal. And you can reconnect with the child that lives within. Many dreams and visions are documented in the Bible. But I know in my soul these divine moments do exist today. And as you open the window to God's communication, you will see that all things are possible.

Dreaming is a gift from our Heavenly Father. It's amazing how He has thought of everything!! I invite you to let your childlike imagination run away with the very mind that gave you this Gift.  Just WOW!

Its Him, It's always Him!

Enya - May it be ( lyrics ) 

Many who have been following my journey know sometimes my meditation unfolds a story with a message. Sharing this message of love I hope it speaks to your heart. Are you my one? I pray its you!

I did the usual prepping. Music, earbuds, a warm blanket, and my chair. I laid back and tuned in... 

I began to drift into the alluring music... I began to see the horizon .... It seemed to be sand ... white sand... and then Jesus appeared walking towards me in the distance ... I could see his chestnut brown shoulder-length hair wave as he walked in the warm subtle breeze... He was carrying a thick wooden walking staff. He was dressed in a tunic-like off white robe. It was drawn at the waist with a thin brown rope-like strap. I could see his brown sandals as He picked up His feet from the sand. As He forged forward, I began to see other people become visible. I could see this mass migration of men, women, and children following a few miles behind. 

As He approached He sat down on the bench that was positioned a few feet away. I sat down next to Him and leaned in and placed my head on His shoulder... I could see us sitting there from the back... He spoke these words as He softly touched my face... “You all must learn to LOVE each other as I love you. That is the secret of life... That is the beauty of why our Father created all of you." ... 

I answered, But how I can make a difference I can only love a few.. not everyone understands? It makes me sad... Tell me how? 

He spoke these words, "Don’t be disheartened. If you can only touch one life, and they in turn touch a life, the circle will not be broken. The circle can touch a multitude of souls. Love is an amazing gift of the heart. Don’t ever lose the desire to share it! 

He caressed my face with His hand and we sat with my head still on His shoulder as we watched the migration of people continue to come closer and the music faded and the moment ended.

Help me not break the circle of His LOVE. Share it with just one heart.

Linger is in the Bible in 10 instances. But the act of lingering can be seen in other scriptures. 

What causes us to linger? I think it’s our emotions. I read an article that sadness seems to be the emotion that lasts the longest. I do understand this as a concept because we have a tendency to dwell on what caused the sadness or pain… 

I also think there are levels of lingering… We have a tendency to linger at the dinner table to share stimulating conversation. We tend to sip a good cup of tea to linger and savor the flavor to the last drop…

So, where does the Bible outline the act of lingering? There are times written about in scripture when people lingered to see and hear God and or Jesus.

But the scripture does not address the emotion… Why linger? What do you feel?  There is a soulful feeling of communion. There is peace. There is a love like no other.  There is a feeling of human completeness that is hard to describe. 

How do you find this communion? Each of us is traveling on different roads at different rates of speed. Each one of us has to find what works for the individual. There is no set way, He individualizes our experience with Him. That is why we are all unique and loved by Him equally. 

I am not an expert and I always tell my readers I am a work in progress. But I am willing to share my heart.  These are tools that work for me.  Prayer, Meditation, Music, and Quieting the Mind (which can be a challenge) LOL. 

I do consider the things I outlined above the vehicle…But not the key. The key is opening your heart and inviting Him in…Be steadfast… Do not waiver until you feel His presence. Keep calling Him… And when you feel Him in your soul, tears may flow. And there is where you will know the true meaning of lingering. You will have stimulating conversations and want to savor the moment until the last drop.  It truly is a heavenly experience.

I have lingered on this project long enough… I am getting in my vehicle and going for a test drive .. zoom zoom.

There are 13 verses in the Bible about knowing.  

Meaning of Knowing The state of being aware or informed.  Showing or suggesting that one has knowledge or awareness that is secret or known to only a few people:  Done in full awareness or consciousness. 

To know, is it a thought process? Learning processes? Or a comfort felt within our soul. This word speaks to my soul…Because I don’t think I have ever been asked how well do you know them? But I have heard among other people of faith… You must grow to know Him?? 

What does that mean?? When we turn to the Bible, we find this is a masterpiece of information.  We find facts, we find wisdom, we find history, we find a guide to life and love.

But where do they tell us how to truly know Him?? I see and have been told so many different opinions, study the word, join a church, join a prayer group… And I respect everyone’s walk with Him. Each one of us is uniquely special to Him. What works for one is not necessarily what works for another. You have to find your own path to Him. 

I can only share my experience and heart. As many of you know I have been on a beautiful spiritual journey. The Holy Spirit touched my soul and then God held my hand and has guided me through the most amazing 25 months of my life. He held my heart and introduced Himself. I needed this introduction because I knew of Him but did not truly know Him. 

I called Him Father. 

But as my walk continued we became closer and He became Elohim. He then introduced me to His beautiful Son Jesus. As days passed, I grew to know Him better by spending time with Him. He frequented my meditations, but if the truth be known I invited Him often.  Surprisingly my meditations taught me many things. Jesus was so loving and kind. I love His humor. 

Together They introduced me to the sweet breath of God. His name is the Holy Spirit… I felt a LOVE that is beyond anything we can experience on this earth… During these months and as I grew closer. I told my Father, that I felt Father was too formal because we were spending so much time together.  I needed another name?? And I remember saying I know. I will call you Love because that is what I think of when I think of you. 

But then I thought how could I leave Jesus and the Holy Spirit out?  They are such a beautiful part of God the Father… On that day they became LOVE’s… They are my 3N1… So how do you get to know Them?? Find Them. Spend time with Them … Get close and personal. Let Them be your guide They will take you on the most amazing journey of your life….. 

Give Them the keys to your heart and let Them introduce you to a LOVE that will leave you in awe.  The first step of knowing Him is

LETTING GO !!!!!! and Feel Them in your soul.

You will fall in LOVE, and They will take it from there.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:14

For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.  For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men. Romans 14:17-18

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen 2 Peter 3:18
