Lord

"A rose by any other name would smell as sweet" from William Shakespeare's

Meaning of Lord one having power and authority over others: a: a ruler by hereditary right or preeminence to whom service and obedience are due.

The other is Κύριος ("Lord"), which appears almost 600 times.

The word Lord is a word that has fallen from my lips very few times… I truly don’t know why…Many believers call Jesus Lord… and Yes I agree He is the ruler of this vast universe and the Lord of all things big and small…

I do believe it just depends on your relationship with Him and how personal He becomes.  Jesus is so many wonderful things to so many people…. He holds many names and many titles… They all hold such beautiful meaning and history…

For me my introduction was instant…

With very limited knowledge of religious teachings.

Love fell from the sky as quickly rain falls from Heaven. There are truly no words in all the languages of world to describe it.

I believe due to this warm, loving introduction the name Lord seemed so cold… So set apart from such a beautiful loving Savior…

There are many words in my walk that are part of most “Christians” vocabulary.. that I do not readily use… Many may find it unusual, but being a follower of Christ sets us apart in many different ways.

I feel He gave me a precious and beautiful gift of getting to know Him on a spiritual level way before I started to build a foundation of “Religions” beliefs and/or words. I feel many words have been molded to fit in that stereotypical religious box that most people know. Some words have even lost their original meaning. Do we ever question why? Why do we just accept the words or do we investigate the root meaning for ourselves?

You may disagree with what I share… But understand I do not share my story to prove anything. Or for monetary gain. I always say I am a work in progress…

However, I will admit that somewhere in this amazing journey I fell in love with Him. I make no excuses and those words do not get stuck in my throat... I openly share my feeling for Him... And I may raise an eyebrow to two...

But, I do question why is it ok to sing songs about how we feel about loving God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit but we seem to lack the words in our daily lives.. ??

The names that have been a part of my journey are .. God, Elohim, Father, Yeshua, Holy Spirit, Savior, and as many of you know I call my Triune (Trinity) LOVEs… Because a love beyond words was present when they found me on a lonely road in Tennessee…He took my very breath away... Flipped me inside out and said go...

Soon after this encounter, I was questioned. "What do you want to do with this ?" My answer was I don't know ??? All I know is He wants us to LOVE...

He is the most amazing gift of light and love… I do believe we must call Him the name that resonates in your soul… A name that makes  Him personal in your heart, mind, and soul.

Find Him and get personal. There will be a name above all names that will speak love to you like nothing this world can EVER offer.

It’s Him… It’s always been Him… My LOVEs

And Yes He wows me… and if the day comes that He wants me to call Him Lord I will lovingly obey…

Sinner's Prayer.

I am a sinner.
I believe in my heart you are the Son of God who dies on the cross for my sins.
And that you were resurrected from the dead.
I thank you for paying the price for my sins.
Forgive me and make me a new person.
Cleanse me of my sins with your blood, and wash me in the water of your words.
And come into my heart, I commit my life to you today.
And I receive you as my Lord and Savior, and my King.
I pray this to God. My Heavenly Father in your precious name Yeshua.

Amen

6 steps to salvation.

1. Acknowledge - realize and admit you have acted wrongly against God's laws (read the 10 Commandments (Exodus 20:3-17)

2. Repent - feel honest regret for things you regret doing. (Luke 13:3)

3. Confess - admit you have made these mistakes (1John 1:9) (Romans 10:9)

4. Forsake - try your very best not to do them again (Isaiah 55:7)

5. Believe - Know in your heart that Jesus died for you (John 3:16) (Mark 16:16)

6. Receive - ask Him, and make Him part of your daily life...

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your[a] life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. Colossians 3

Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." John 3:3 NIV

The "GIFT"

True love is about what happens beyond this Life. It's about a loving relationship with our Creator and cherishing the greatest gift you will ever be blessed to discover... It's Him!

The meaning of gift: a thing given willingly to someone without payment; a present:

The word "gift" is in the King James Version of the Bible 59 times. It is in 52 verses.

If today you were given the news that you had only a few days to live ... In a matter of moments, many thoughts would flood your mind. Your heart would ache and your soul would grieve and possibly begin to weep...

Do we cherish this gift of life or do we squander the moments??  Do we only place value on this gift when we are faced with that pivotal moment leading to our last breath?

When we open the clues that are locked within the words of the Bible we can find The greatest Gift of life...

It’s a gift that speaks life. It's a gift that speaks love. It looks at death as not the end but as a new exciting beginning. It crosses time. It crosses all boundaries. Its purity, and holds such wondrous beauty. It can not be contained and breathes the sweetness of life to our weary souls ...

Most of us have felt the joy and excitement of receiving “a” gift... But what do we feel when we receive “The Gift”... There are NO earthy words to even begin to describe it!!  It leaves us speechless.

Has the question crossed our minds? What sacrifice did God make to give us “The Gift”!

Did He expect too much from mankind? Did He hope that maybe He miss read our hearts? He gave us “The Greatest Gift” He gave us the most beautiful part of Himself... We opened this gift and found such beauty, such grace, and such an amazing heart... It’s Him... Many call Him Jesus...

But did we squander the moments? Did we value His life? Did we listen to His voice calling to our hearts?

History has proven we let Him down... We allowed greed, hate, and fear, to rip this amazing earthly gift from our unworthy hands...

Some hearts were wounded... Some turned their backs... Some washed their hands... Some grieved deeply but were powerless to stop this horrific moment in time...

This story has been passed down through generations. It speaks of a man with a heavenly connection... It speaks of His purity and His great love..and the horrific suffering He endured, to give His children the monumental gift of eternal life. He gave Himself to all of mankind...

Reflecting on this moment wounds my heart.. grieves my soul and brings tears of pain.

And then my mind raced to God the Father...Do we ask ourselves, what did He feel?  His heart must have shattered, His soul must have grieved the deepest grief... Tears must have flowed. Many say He turn away?

He had the power to stop this act of torture, against His beautiful Son. Why, did He allow this ?? How did He allow this ??? It truly boggles our minds.

I can only relate on a very very tiny scale... As a parent, we love our children and many would give their own life for their child...

So, why did God let this happen?

Jesus is God in the flesh... He did not turn away. He sees the big picture... He knows our future. He knows every hair on every head. He held us close to His heart even before we were born.

He gave His own human life for His child “You and me".... He sacrificed His human body to give us “The Gift” the gift of life and love for eternity.

The question becomes, Will we remember and honor this gift? Will we embrace it? Will we be grateful? Or will we squander the moments?

Will we love Him with all of mind, body, and soul for even making this gift a possible option!

It truly is a choice to accept this gift.

I can only share with you that I have felt this gift stirring deep within my soul... And without any doubt, it is The greatest Gift” we can ever be blessed to know...

It’s Him, It’s always Him

He is the "Gift of a lifetime" Don't squander even one moment.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Matthew 6:1-4

Forsaken

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

 Forsaken meaning abandoned or deserted.

There are approximately 57 passages about the word forsaken.

This is such a heartfelt word. It wounds my soul... Have you ever felt abandoned or deserted? There are times in our lives that people in our lives do not even know the harm they cause by being so callous...

When I researched the pages of the Bible for answers... It did not make me feel any better. This hurtful word cuts into my heart like a knife. I have felt this pain. But when I analyze the cause it truly was for a superficial reason. But it did cause me great anguish and heartache. I could only imagine the magnitude of abandonment Jesus felt.

So when we witness our beautiful Savior and know He felt forsaken by the people who loved him the most. And then He had to endure the most hurtful abandonment of all. It’s when He suffered and struggled to let go of this human life.. and He cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” Matt 27:46 KJV

Let that moment sit in your heart for just a moment. This type of wound had to be worse than the physical pain He endured. I know God had a plan and why Jesus came. But it boggles my mind and I find myself asking why? Why would you do this for such unworthy people?

I do feel as a parent you would give your life for your child. How and why did God the Father allow His child to suffer this pain?

I do believe the Trinity is so closely knitted together, that God the Father suffered on the cross with the very part of Him that we know as His son. He is the ultimate parent and He did not want His children to suffer. You see He is the God of the bigger picture. The child He saved by sacrificing that beautiful part of Himself that He calls His beloved Son, is you and me… He never abandoned His Son.. and He will never abandon any of His children. He died to give us that golden ticket to Heaven.  We know Him as Yashua.

But let's take this word one step further. Let's ask ourselves will we abandon Him? Or will be strong enough to endure this life. Will we be strong enough to tell the world of His amazing LOVE? Or do we hide behind His blood-stained cross? I say don’t forsake Him!

It's Him. It's always Him.

Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee Deuteronomy 31:6

Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me Psalms 38:21

War

Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that. Martin Luther King -

Meaning of war: a state of armed conflict between different nations or states or different groups within a nation or state:

There are approximately 22 verses pointing to war in the Bible.  And it seems that there are nine wars in the end times and that Armageddon relates to only one of these.  That may be scary to many.

However when I think of war. I think of the devastation it causes. The life, property, and relationships it destroys.  The shattered hopes, fractured dreams, and our fragile future hangs in the balance... War affects us on all levels... It does this globally, it does this between nations, and between all humanity.

As I studied the word war. I began to see this word on a much more personal level. I see many of us today fighting a war against the darkness in our world. It’s against an invisible enemy. It can manifest itself as many things. Some call it covid 19. Some call it society, politics, or religion. Some call it fear of the unknown. Some call it anxiety. Some call it depression and there are so many more labels...

Many have retreated to a safe place. Some have hidden in the cold

darkness that can consume them.  Some continue to have that raging war within. This one is the most difficult to escape. It haunts the very corridors of our troubled minds. It invades our peace and eventually, it erodes our physical health... Are we lost? Who holds the answers? Who can rescue us from ourselves??

Some have managed to find peace and love in the midst of the storm.

But How? What is the secret? Who holds the answers?

I have witnessed the power in His name! I have felt a love that can create miracles. I have seen hearts come out of darkness into the light... There is only one name that brings such peace, such beauty, such grace, and such unity.

How do we not see Him, How do we not hear His Voice? How do we not LOVE Him with every fiber of our being ??? I will stand tall and tell you He holds the key to our hearts, our souls, and our lives...

I admit. It has taken me a while to see Him. It has taken me a while to hear His voice! But it is not going to take me a while to share Him !!!!

All remedies point to Him!!

It’s Him, It’s always Him !!!

There is no other name before Him!!! I call him Elohim !!! I call Him Yeshua, I call Him Holy Spirit. But all of these names point to God,

and yes He still WOW's me.

Ephesians 6:13 “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.

Revelation 21:7 “Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children.”

Matthew 24:6 “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.”

Answer

It will also come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear. Isaiah 65:24

The meaning of answer a thing said, written, or done to deal with or as a reaction to a question, statement, or situation.

The word answer became a challenge. I could not find with my usual searching just how many times the word answer appears in the Bible??

However, what I did find was, the pages are filled with answers. Are they in a secret language of long ago? Did they write God’s word so many would not understand? The answers may be hidden between the lines. Or are the answers hidden in the hearts of believers?

But are the answers truly hidden? Or does it take the unlocking of our heart to understand how our Heavenly Father speaks to our souls and answers our concerns and questions?

My journey has placed my heart on such a big fact-finding mission… I have had so many questions? Some answers I found by reading the very words that our Father crafted through so many trusted souls. He did it so eloquently and with such precision and meticulous care. He gives us so many clues.

The answers have remained the same throughout the ages. He has a common thread that can be discovered.  But what are we doing to uncover what He is trying to tell us??

We must be willing to pursue an understanding of the passages. I have found some answers by spending quiet time with Him… I have discovered some answers through meditations... He is such a wealth of information. I do believe we will never know all the answers in our lifetime… I do believe He has so much to teach us, but in our human state, it’s so mind-boggling to fully understand.

However, there is one simple answer. It is the common thread that runs so vividly through the pages of the Bible… Our heavenly Father has presented this answer to us in so many ways. But sometimes we get so engrossed in wanting answers to things that we forget to look at the simple answer … He holds the key to unlock our hearts so we can hear and understand God’s language of Love.

We must not over complicate and search for answers that may redirect our focus. If you will give Him your heart and let Him tenderly unlock the secret that has been hidden deep within your soul.  You will understand His words, You will understand His will. You will understand His Love…

He is our amazing clue. He is our common thread, He is the Master locksmith… He is the ONLY one with the keys to our heart He is the only answer worth pursuing.

Whisper His name, Call Him, Feel Him.  Yeshua HaMashiach

Its Him, It's always Him.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life John 3:16

Risk

“Sometimes, the biggest risks are those we take with our hearts.” Anonymous...

Meaning of risk: a situation involving exposure to danger.

There are approximately 39 verses in the Bible that refer to risk.

Are you a risk-taker? Fast cars, bungee jumping, shark diving, flying, driving home on Hwy 65? Perhaps helping others that have a contagious medical illness? And this list can go on for miles and miles.

What about the simple task of just following your heart? Sounds simple enough. However, I feel there are circumstances that dictate this too can be risky. It truly depends on what or who your heart is chasing.

In the last 25 months, I have felt I have taken a few risks…I have felt a risk knowing what God wants from me. I did learn this is an ongoing process and that clarity comes when we spend quiet time with Him. I have put relationships at risk as I tried to find my balance and discover more about this amazing love God offers.

I continued to pursue this desire to know more about our Creator, His Word, and How He moves in our lives daily. I am sad to say some people did not even try to understand and quietly pulled away and I felt a divide in my heart.  But the good news is many came to share their story and their heart with me. I am so grateful to those who stayed. And I must admit I find it perplexing that some are so bound in there own thoughts they were not open enough to see, feel, and share His love. They truly have no idea what they are missing. I found many take His love for granted and do not nurture it daily. I do not understand why they leave His love sitting idle instead of growing that spark into a flame?

I have felt the pain of loss when I risked openly, sharing the most amazing gift of love I have ever known. This journey with God, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit has taught me many things. I did learn that taking this type of risk has many rewards.

You will risk falling in love with our Father in Heaven. You will risk falling in love with mankind. You will see the world with eyes of wonder. You will risk gaining peace that surpasses all human understanding. You will risk a joy that overflows within your soul… You will risk building a relationship with the Triune, they will hold your heart and never turn away…

My understanding of them became clear as I opened my heart and invited Them in to stay. It was through Their teachings and through many tears I found my confidence and my knowledge of Them grew. And now I openly take risks by sharing Him and His love with no hesitation. Because if I can touch your heart today. If I can open your window to His light and love. I know in my soul you were worth the risk.

Because I have felt His great love in my soul…  and I know to risk life without Him is the biggest mistake we can ever make…

On September 3, 2020, I will be opening my heart and sharing details of my spiritual journey on a podcast. I hope you will risk listening and pray you will feel Him in your soul. Your life may never be the same…

                                     Triune Loves Me - Podcast

I know firsthand how a relationship with Him can and does change many things. Many that we have forgotten or perhaps never knew.

I challenge you to take the risk of knowing Him. Risk falling in love with Him.

Its Him, It's always Him.

Perplexed

Let me hear what God the Lord will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly. Psalm 85:8..

The word perplexed is in the Bible only one time.

The meaning of perplexed: adjective. bewildered; puzzled: a perplexed state of mind. complicated; involved; entangled

This world and people, in general, can bring the most perplexing thoughts. How did we become so distracted from the importance of God,  life, and what is justice and truth? Or are we so busy with creating that facade we want others to see and envy ... Or is it our own hearts' desires of what we are dreaming and chasing?

Just scroll through any page of social media. What is real? What are lies? What is the truth? So perplexing.. it can bring confusion, it can bring hate.. but there are some that show us it can be real and they show love and light. But do we chase and share the light or do we spread the darkness?

It can be mind-boggling and perplexing to me when I witness what people value and find humor in..

I challenge anyone who is reading this.. to gather with me and let’s focus on what is important. Let’s clear the air. Let’s shine God's Light ... He will lift the air of confusion. He will chase away the darkness. I pray we can regain truth and just and live in the real and in the now with a love that speaks kindness, compassion and strives to understand our differences.

I do believe the day will come when we stand alone in front of our Creator. The question becomes will we be perplexed? Will we be confident and know Him? Will we greet Him with Love? Will we say I have missed your amazing Face! Or will we stand there confused and suddenly realize He is truly real and now we know what we have truly missed! Or will we be scared because we have to show Him all our truths and explain our behaviors?

Now is the time to go to Him and end-all confusion. He has all the answers! Because HE is the Beginning and the End.. the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last.

I do feel we must focus on God to reach these goals. But I am only one, but all of the “ones” must feel His magnetic pull and come together in mass so we can make a difference in our world... Listen for His voice. He is calling His children home one soft whisper at a time.

It’s Him it’s always Him

In every way we're troubled, but we aren't crushed by our troubles. We're frustrated, but we don't give up. GWT
