Obvious

We are told to let our light shine, and if it does, we won't need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don't fire cannons to call attention to their shining- they just shine. - Dwight L. Moody

The meaning of obvious is easily perceived or understood; clear, self-evident, or apparent.

The word obvious can be found in twenty-one places in the Bible.

As I look back on my journey, I found so many wonderful signs from God. Some were so obvious even a blind man could see them!!!! If this is true why did it take an encounter with the Holy Spirit to see them!!! Are we so busy that we miss the obvious signs, messages, and wonders of God??

I must admit, I too am guilty!!! Until my encounter, I skipped through life missing all the important clues... I ask myself why? Why didn't anyone tell me of His undying love and affection? Why did I not know that you had a "personal relationship" with God?  Was it so personal you could not share Him?? Why didn't anyone share their personal story? Perhaps they did and I missed all the clues... It was my fault I was not listening with my soulful ears. I was blinded by our world!!! I was spiritually clueless?? I was not ready to open my heart to His spiritual presences. I was too busy...

When we finally start to see Him do we become closet lovers of Christ?? Do we stay there afraid of what others may think?? Will we be labeled as strange, perhaps a little eccentric, or even crazy...

Can people who do not understand our walk ever know that sharing God and His love is the greatest gift we can ever feel and share?  I think I would be safe in saying many shun believers for lack of knowledge? Or walk away from a soul on fire for Christ... Because of fearing the unknown!!

The best example I have heard, I heard from my mother. If I teach you about childbirth from a textbook and I tell you of my experience, you would have a clinical understanding of the process. But until you feel that tiny life growing inside you. Until you feel the pain associated with the miracle of birth. Until you lay your eyes on this miracle's tiny face... You will not fully understand.

When we have been touched by God’s love it should be obvious...

It's not a label we wear on our clothes. It's not the act of carrying a Bible to church on Sunday mornings. It's not a bumper sticker on our car!!

It should be obvious that He has written His name across our hearts.  Because His love is so sweet it is beyond our world and it's so difficult to contain. It should show on our faces... It is heard in the loving words spoken from our lips ...it should show in our kindness and compassionate actions...

It should be so obvious that you have been set apart.  Chosen... Chosen to carry His name boldly!! Carry Him with pride!!! Valor!!! And Honor!!! Shout it from the mountain tops... For the world to witness.

In our quest to seek approval from others do we miss God’s clues?? Do we hide our love?

I believe when we come in contact with other souls they should walkway knowing without a doubt that we have been kissed by God...

Be Bold. Be loved. Be obvious... Do not be a closet lover of Christ!!! Let Him set you Free!!!

To go boldly where others before you have traveled...

It's Him. He is the one who frees our souls!!  He opens our fearful hearts!! And yes, He gives us the words and boldness to share His love.

“Lord God, unlock my heart, unlock my lips, and I will overcome with my joyous praise! The fountain of your pleasure is found in the sacrifice of my shattered heart before you.... Psalms 51:15, 17 TPT

Everyone who heard about it kept thinking about what had happened and asked, "What will this child become?" because it was obvious that the hand of the Lord was with him. Like 1:66

You show that you are a letter from Christ, delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

2 Corinthians 3:3

Look at what is obvious. If anyone is confident that he belongs to Christ, he should remind himself of this: Just as he belongs to Christ, so do we. 2 Corinthians 10:7

Exist

“I exist in two places, here and where you are.”

The Bible mentions the word 'exists' 4 times, defining it as having being or reality; to be.

How can we trust something beyond our human comprehension? How can someone's existence have such an impact that His name alone can move grown men to hit their knees? His presence inspires tears of gratitude and songs of praise that resonate from awakened hearts.

No one in the universe has had a greater impact on humanity (and me!).

Knowing Him prompts me to examine my own existence. How did it happen? How did I come to love Him so? I do not fully understand it, but I know I don’t deserve such a monumental gift.

Nevertheless, He captured my heart… He abides in my mind, my heart, and my grateful soul. He has become a vital part of my very existence.

I question, do we exist in two dimensions, or are we truly one, entwined for a purpose set in motion by God long before we were born?

Soul to Soul, forever mine and forever His!!

It's you! It's always been you! You are my spiritual love!

Just the mention of His name (Jesus) takes me to places I never knew existed!!!

It’s Him! It’s always Him!

And I am undone!!

God exists outside of time and space and is the originator of all that exists, as seen in Genesis 1:1, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth"

Satisfy

So you must remain in life-union with me, for I remain in life-union with you. For as a branch severed from the vine will not bear fruit, so your life will be fruitless unless you live your life intimately joined to mine. John 15:4 TPT.

The meaning of Satisfy is to meet the expectations, needs, or desires of (someone).

The word satisfy is referenced 54 times in the KJV Bible.

Are we ever truly satisfied?? Or are we a gluttonous society ??

Are we happy with our daily lives ??? Or do we find ourselves consumed with looking into other people's lives with envy ?? There are many social media products that are guilty of providing us a peek into other people's unrealistic lives... these artificial creations of what life should be are out of control .. These facades can rob us of our peace as we see our life as less important than our family and friends.  This could result in the possibilities of unwarranted sadness and despair.

Where can we turn to regain our moral compass? Where can we go to satisfy our soul... How can we fill the emptiness in our lives?

It truly is not top-secret... It’s an element that has been available since the beginning of time. It has been such a constant in our world, never wavering!!! Always kind. Always generous and forgiving! And above all... always loving!!!

How did we lose touch with such a beautiful soul? He knows us better than we know ourselves!! He knows every intimate detail of our lives... He sees past our scars of life and sees the raw beauty set before Him...

I have found that to be satisfied in this life and beyond, we must completely surrender to His love. For when we feel our Creator's, great love... It will consume our every thought and He will fill our every need... Unexplainable joy will replace emptiness!!!  You will begin to see our world with your spiritual eyes...

It is then you will realize that just to spend time with Him satisfies our souls. However, the hunger to grow in His love never ends! So, there must be that little bit of sweetness that He keeps in reserve to keep us coming back for more... more of Him...
However, I do not believe we will ever be completely satisfied while we are earthly bound...We can fall in love with Him and yearn to know everything about Him.  But our soul will not be completely satisfied until our soul is set free to dance with Him in heavenly places...
I have been blessed to discover that loving Him and spending time with Him is the key to His heart...

But I often wonder if He is satisfied with me?? Am I listening to His sweet voice?  Am I learning the lessons He sets before me? Am I loving Him with all my mind, my body, and soul?  Am I trusting Him? Am I becoming who He knows I can be???
I must admit I am a work in progress... But the good news is He loves me anyway...

It's Him. It's always been Him.

He holds all the answers to all of my questions... In fact, He holds my heart.

“How he satisfies the souls of thirsty ones and fills the hungry with goodness!”Psalms 107:9 TPT

Immortal

Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him
who sent me has eternal life.
John 5:24

Immortal is listed six times in the KJV Bible.

Meaning of Immortal living forever, never dying or decaying: “Immortal souls inhabit our mortal bodies."

Immortal truly does not seem to be a popular word in the Bible. It is only used approximately six times. The word immortal draws us into unfamiliar territory.

When we speak of immortality, it seems we tend to think of Hollywood’s vision instead of the true essence of the word. To live forever in a spiritual realm can be a scary thought!

Hollywood seems to depict the darker side of immortality. However, I see it as a beautiful promise. When I think of immortality, my heart and vision drift to the man who defies all logical thinking. He has shown us the deepest, most important vision of immortality.

He gave us hope; He has shown us the greatest LOVE ever known to mankind! During this amazing moment in time, He offered Himself as a sacrifice, thus giving us a visual of His love and the promise of immortality. This visual points us to and gives us confidence that one day we will walk with Him in paradise.

This promise unveils our Soul's purpose on earth and in heaven. Our soul inhabits our earthly body to embrace a life of learning.  We are to share its beauty and His love with others. Until that pivotal day that we all must face transitioning to another life. I do believe it is human nature to want to hold on to hope that the very essence of who we are will never perish.

The biggest questions are: Is there really a spiritual realm? And do we truly know where our journey might take us? Not knowing where you will be for eternity can be a daunting thought. However, there is a beautiful promise of eternity.
Our Heavenly Father gave us many tools to help us find our way. He gave us Jesus to illuminate our path and show us, by example, a travel guide called the Holy Spirit. He gave us a road map called the Holy Bible. And the beautiful news is, He even holds our hearts through the process...

If we embrace and use all the tools He has given us. It is not a scary journey.  It’s a beautiful gift of sharing eternal life with the most amazing Father, Son, and Holy Spirit we will ever have the privilege of knowing!!
We can only pray that when that pivotal day arrives, our family and friends will know without any doubt that we made it home.
Love without restraint. Celebrate LIFE. Be everything our Father knows we can be, and look to the beautiful promise of eternity.

“To them who by patient continuance in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, eternal life:”

Romans 2:7 KJV

“But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:” 2 Timothy 1:10

If

"Faith is trusting God even when you don’t understand his plan.” Anonymous

Meaning of if Condition, stipulation: the question … depends on too many ifs to allow an answer.

IF? appears, between the opening of the Old Testament Book of Genesis to the last word of the Bible in the New Testament Book of Revelation, precisely 1,595 times in 1,420 different verses of the King James Version of the Bible.

Such a small word that can hold many questions and uncertainties. It is also known as the biggest word in the Bible. Is it? Or maybe it’s a bargaining tactic. Do you ever make deals with God? Do you ever give Him ultimatums? Do you use that small word IF?

It makes me wonder How or what He thinks? I know as a parent when my child has said I will only do it “IF”.  Hold on did I hear that dreaded two-letter word “if” ...? And my immediate response is this, it is not let’s make a deal!!! Go and do what I have to ask you to do!!

What are your thoughts? Does God react the same way? Do we treat Him like Monte Hall? For those who don’t remember Monte Hall, he is the show host for the game show Let’s Make a Deal.  I am sure without a doubt before my Holy Spirit experience I bargained with God on such a superficial level. Many treat God like Monte Hall or as a magical genie. We close our eyes and fill the air with wishes instead of genuine prayers. We throw in the IF word in an attempt to make bargains...

I can only share from my own experience. As I have grown to know my Heavenly Father, I have learned to trust Him with my heart, my soul, my mind. I no longer find the need to bargain with Him. I know He knows best...its then the word IF started on a new journey in my life. .. Just think, If “I” can love Him with all my heart, my soul, and mind how rich would my life become... If “I” could learn to listen to His gentle whispers just think how less complicated things in my life might be? If I could be more like Jesus and less of this world think how much better of a person I might grow up to be? It is not a dream it is an attainable little word.  But it must be used to grow and not to shed doubt or for making bargains with God. Because I am of the belief that He is in control of everything. He has superpowers and a loving soul. Only “If” I knew Him on such an intimate level long before now? But I am grateful for the time He has given me to find Him, to love Him, and to share Him with anyone that is willing to listen.

“ If “ you know what is good for your soul... I would listen for His whispers. If you could just start building that relationship today. Time is not on our side. It’s ticking slowly by.  “If” is a very big word. But if used correctly it can be used to make the biggest changes in your life.  I say “if” you take the time to find His intimate love. Your life will never be the same. It will be enriched in so many ways. Some are even hard to describe. He is such a feeling of the heart. He leaves me speechless.

It’s Him, it’s always Him

For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand. Today, if you hear his voice,  - Psalms 95:7

If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” - Mark 4:23 – and Revelations 13:9

As it is said, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” – Hebrews 3:15, 3:7, 4:7

Quiet

“ Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest; heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.”– Author Unknown...

Meaning of quiet making little or no noise.

We located 31 scriptures about the word quiet in the KJV of the Bible.

Our world is spinning so fast...The hustle and bustle of life can be so loud... You can not even hear yourself think...

Hearing is such a sensitive subject for me. When I was a child I lost 60 percent of my hearing... And as I adapted to this quiet world I began to read lips as a tool to understand what was being said... I have had several surgeries and now wear hearing devices to enhance my chronic hearing issue...

But after many years I have come to the realization that this weakness is truly a blessing... I can at will turn off the noise of our crazy world... I learned the art of tuning out and tuning in to the beautiful melodic sounds of Music... Where I am whisked away deep with my thoughts... I have found that this quiet time allows me to hide deeper within myself than most...I can find that sweet space where the world fades away... It's there that I can take a deep breath... It's where my heart rate literally slows down. I close my eyes, relax, open my heart and invite my Heavenly Father in... And wait...

I will confess sometimes waiting is more of a challenge than turning off the world... But as soon His serene peacefulness fills the air... and in my mind's eye, He appears... And my every thought is consumed with Him alone...It's in the quietness of the moment without an auditable voice, I can hear His gentle voice... As He whispers words of love to my soul...  It’s a silent world... of communion with the most beautiful ONE I have been blessed to love... There are no words needed, I do not have to read lips... because it's in those quiet moments I feel Him in the very depths of my soul...

So if you catch me quietly sitting on a park bench or in the middle of a crowded room... Beware my hearing devices may be turned off to the outside noise of our world...  Because I am tuned into a love song that God is singing just for me...

I invite you to quiet your mind and wait with me perhaps you too will hearing His sweet song of love. Shh, listen with your soulful ears!  And get swept away in the quiet moments ... can’t you feel Him in your soul??

It’s Him!! It has always been Him.

I love my quiet times with Him.

Quiet your heart in his presence and wait patiently for Yahweh. And don’t think for a moment that the wicked, in their prosperity, are better off than you. Psalms 37:7

We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil, we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Eternal Love

It's Him! It will always be HIM!!

Our spiritual journey to connect with God transcends human understanding. Our earthly existence is a brief opportunity to discover our true selves and deepen our understanding of His divine nature, strengthening our bond of love. This experience enables us to embrace our potential as spiritual beings and claim our birthright as children of God, empowering us to face life with hope and confidence, knowing that our ultimate destiny lies beyond the grave in the eternal love of our Elohim.

It's Him! It will always be Him!

Desire

“God made us to crave—to desire eagerly, want greatly, and long for Him.”  -Lysa TerKeurst

Meaning of desire: a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen:

We found 106 verses in the KJB that reference the word desire.

As I started to unfold this word I tried to understand the meaning written above with what my heart was whispering...

To me, desire goes deeper than just a strong feeling or want. It appears to have a romance or passion that accompanies it. So come with me, and let's see where our desires take us.

We seem to have so many earthly wants and desires. Homes, cars, things... Many, many things... But we must ask ourselves, what do we truly desire? What is the strongest desire in our life? How many of our possessions can we take with us?

When we look to the Bible for answers, I found people have had strong desires to know God intimately over time... And then we see and hear in His written word. His desire to love all mankind becomes evident. He desires a bond of everlasting love with all of His precious children.

But as I studied the many desires in the Bible.
I wrestled with this verse for a while.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

What does this mean? If we love Him with all our mind, body, and soul, He will grant our desires much like a genie.

I do believe many people get stuck here and only see their own desires; they want from a worldly heart… I have witnessed many believers feel that if they love, worship, and pray to Him, the new car will someday be parked in their driveway, or their heart's desire will magically appear.

However, I believe if we love Him with all of our mind, body, and soul... He will become our strongest desire. Chasing Him will become as important as the air we breathe. And we will realize that He is the biggest gift we could ever hope to receive.

It's His love and acceptance that we will desire most… We will crave in our souls to linger in His presence for one more stolen moment… He is such a beautiful gift...

If you have been blessed to feel Him stirring in your soul, you have felt His romance, His passion, and a love that only He possesses… Describing it is difficult. He leaves me speechless…

It’s Him. It’s always been Him… Our soul has been programmed since birth to love Him with every part of who we are… Our soul is free to love Him with no boundaries, with no hesitations, and no man-made rules.
But,  somewhere as we travel in our life, this love seems to slip away and become distant... But I thank Him for never giving up on us!!!

I say, do not get hung up on what others may think or say. I urge you to make Him the center of your life. LOVE Him with the purest intentions and heart. Because as your love grows for Him, your desires will lose their grip on worldly things. Your heart will open and draw you closer to our Heavenly Father.

It’s there that your depth of understanding and our true purpose, why we were even born, will be made clear... Your life here on earth will take on new meaning, and your soul will fall in love with our Creator once again. Your life will never be the same...

It’s Him. It’s always been Him that our soul desires.

“I long to drink of you, O God, to drink deeply from the streams of pleasure flowing from your presence. My longings overwhelm me for more of you! My soul thirsts, pants, and longs for the living God. I want to come and see the face of God.” Psalms 42:1-2

Judge

“When someone judges you, it isn’t actually about you. It’s about them and their own insecurities, limitations, and needs.” -Lulu...

The meaning of judge - to form an opinion or conclusion about something or someone.

The word “judge ” seems to have been used 45 times in the “authorized” KJV of the Bible.

Who can honestly say without reproach that they have never been guilty of judging others??

This is such an ugly human trait. Do we become the judge and jury and throw that discerning eye and walk away too fast?

I don’t understand how we can not be more accepting of others. We are only here on this planet for such a short time... We should attempt to look past the outward appearance and see the rawness of a soul and maybe what you think you saw, is nothing like envisioned in your mind.

Does our judgment come from fear of the unknown? Or is it due to our own inadequacies? Are we so full of ourselves that there is no room in our hearts for anyone that does not meet our standards ???

This is such a sad thought!

This type of behavior can wound hearts! It can make them bleed.. and leave scars for a lifetime... I believe the one judging is truly missing out on the fullness of this life.

There are times in our lives that we feel like we do not belong and we can feel lonely... Those heartfelt feelings can raise many of our insecurities... Looking to others to validate our worth is such a critical mistake...

I do believe our deepest desire is to belong to something bigger than ourselves. But are we limiting ourselves to be earthly bound? Or are we reaching for something beyond this life?

There are times I have been on the side of the one being Judged. I feel many may judge my outward appearance of an inward love that is so beautiful and yet so hard to contain.

And when I have been made to feel different is when I may withdraw and look like I am detached from this life. “Distant”

But do not fooled by my silence. I have found solace in the loving arms of my Savior. He offers no judgment. He accepts me where I am at that beautiful moment in time. I look to Him for my validation.

I have witnessed and felt His love.  His love is the most important love our soul should ever crave... It fills every void. It heals every scar. It is timeless and yet so difficult to describe.

It's been my experience that our Savior speaks of love and acceptance. I ask Him often to teach me of His great love!! I want to learn to love with this type of love!! How, just how does He do it !!

It’s His type of love that we should be desiring. It’s a love that is unconditional. It does not judge. It’s kind and forgiving. It has no boundaries...

So the next time you feel the urge to judge ... look in the mirror and ask yourself am I full of myself? Or is there room in my heart to love...

If you do not know the answer turn to the greatest teacher of life and love. It’s Him!

Don’t judge something you do not understand.. embrace the differences.  You might surprise yourself and learn the most beautiful lesson of life!!

To love like!!  HIM!!

It’s always been Him!

He has only one request. That you love God with all your heart and soul and mind.

1 John 4:8 - But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

1 John 4:16 - We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love. God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them.

Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37 -42

LOVE (AGAPE) ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is Love" 1 John 4:8

The English word love can be found 311 times in the King James Version of the Bible.

Meaning of love; an intense feeling of deep affection:

There are so many types of LOVE that we can experience in a lifetime... Before we are even born, we are loved unconditionally.   Then if we are lucky, we are born to loving caring parents who love us as we grow... This is a love that never ends even if one must leave this earth the LOVE remains ...

As adults we find we love others, in different ways. There is a love of a spouse, there is the love of parents, there is the love of our children, there is the love for special friends. We fall in love with all of these amazing souls... They all have blessed our lives and filled our days and our nights with a beautiful song of love that we can return. It’s a love that we can count on... This love is caring, this love is nurturing, this love warms our hearts and gives us a purpose in this life.

But when you find the Love of God... It will leave you in awe. It will leave you speechless. It can take you from 0 to 60 in just seconds. It will tap into your unknown emotions and place you in unfamiliar territory. It will make you stretch and find your God-given gifts. This love contains such beautiful healing properties. It is like nothing else on earth, nothing else can compare.  It is the most amazing love of the heart and soul that one can ever experience. It makes your life rich with love for others. It makes you see life as never before. It's an amazing state of completeness. It's a feeling of home and oneness. I have been blessed to feel His love. He can bring out miraculous changes within the very core of who you thought you were. He will prime you for the world to see the true essences of who He knows you can be. These changes do not happen overnight. They can take years to come full circle. But we have His promise that he will be with us every step of the way.

As I travel on this journey, I realized that this LOVE is the same unconditional love I felt before I was even born. There and then is when your spirit truly understands the magnitude of this gift. It has been God’s Love that you have felt guiding your life all along. The difference now is that you have found the freedom in your heart to love
Him back...

That my friend is where the sweetness of His LOVE can be truly felt. That is where the music can be truly heard and where the beauty of life truly exists...

Because He is the ultimate gift of LOVE!

It’s him ... it’s always him

“‘Before I form thee in the belly, I have known thee; and before thou comest forth from the womb I have separated thee, a prophet to nations I have made thee.’”Jeremiah 1:5 YLT

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind'  Luke 10:27
