Wings (Psalm 17:8)

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings

like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:31

Meaning of wings a modified forelimb that bears large feathers and is used for flying.

There are 58 Bible verses about wings.

Wings, such a curious word… When I think of wings I think of birds, planes, and a beautiful open blue sky. I think of freedom…

Have you ever wanted to fly? Have you ever wished you had wings to soar above the clouds, catch the warm breeze beneath your wings and drift with such freedom and grace, that you could see the beautiful world below?  It must be amazing and so peaceful…

Can we only dream of this type of freedom…? Or is there a way to obtain it. There are degrees, we can buy a ticket and experience flight in a plane, helicopter, or hot air balloon. And although it might be beautiful for a short ride. It may not fill a void in our soul. And we will continue to search for this kind of freedom and this peace.

I have found the ticket that allows our hearts to feel light and our souls to take flight like never before. Here you will witness a beauty that will take your breath away. The freedom you will gain will be like nothing you have ever felt in your lifetime.

In my short time of knowing my Heavenly Father, He has held my hand and kept me in the shadow of His wings…He has given me wings and He has been teaching me to fly…I can relate to the baby bird we see in spring, as they try to learn to fly. The mother bird flies beneath them so they do not crash and risk injury and or even death. He has been that engaged and that important to my life fight pattern.

It is not a physical flight… It’s has been a soulful fight …It has been the most incredible journey one could travel. It is filled with amazing LOVE. Amazing care. Amazing kindness. It will open your heart, to appreciate the beauty of LIFE, The beauty of LOVE, and the beauty and importance of relationships… And your soul will soar to heights that you never dreamed possible… There you will obtain the beauty and the freedom that your soul has been searching for…..

Its Him, It's always Him….

I am an open book and willing to share where you can buy your ticket to the best flight adventure you will ever have the opportunity to experience.

The verse below found me early in my word study and has been one of my favorites… It's my safe place in our unpredictable world.

Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings. Psalm 17:8

Voice

"I play the notes as they are written, but it is God who makes the music."

~Johann Sebastian Bach.

There are 56 verses in the Bible that reference voices.

The meaning of voice: the sound produced in a person's larynx and uttered through the mouth, as speech or song: Ora particular opinion or attitude expressed.

Hey, hey you, yes you!! Can you hear me??  Our voices have such a unique sound. Our family and friends' voices become so familiar to our ears and can be felt in our hearts...  It’s when our voice is taken away that we realize how much and how important this gift truly is...

As a child, I had an accident and fell from our front porch banister. I split my tongue straight up the middle. I remember it was painful and a very bloody experience. My parents rushed me to the nearest Hospital. The doctors in the ER mummified my body to restrain me. They tried several times to stop the bleeding and stitch the wound. But just how do you do this to a child of 5 without putting her to sleep??

Well after my biting a few adult fingers and being fully traumatized they decided to put me to sleep for the procedure. When I woke up from the surgery, I was instructed I was not to talk for 8-10 weeks. My voice was gone... Looking back at this moment I realized your voice is important but when we are faced with difficulties we must improvise and find ways to continue to communicate. The game charades became my way of life during the weeks ahead.

So again, what does this childhood memory have to do with the Bible?? Well, there are a few chosen ones that have heard our Heavenly Father's beautiful voice. However, we also know how inventive and creative our Father can be.

When He wants our attention, He will stop at nothing to communicate with His children. You may or may not hear His audible voice. But if you still your mind and listen you can hear Him in your soul. You can hear Him in the lyrics of a song, you can see Him speak to your heart through scriptures, and the list goes on.

So, the challenge becomes very much like a game of charades.  When he says Hey? Hey You? My child, are you listing?   Are we watching and listening? Do we make every effort to open our hearts and listen intently with our souls? His beautiful voice can be heard.

Shhhh!!! Listen, just listen to His sweet whispers!! Can’t you hear Him? He is speaking to you. Tune in to the melodic frequency of His voice ... Your life will never be the same. It will be better than you can imagine.

It’s Him, It’s always Him

Your own ears will hear Him. Right behind you, a voice will say. Isaiah 30

“The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic. The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars; the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.”

Stone

There are 128 instances of “rock” in the original King James, and 367 instances of “Stone".

The meaning of Stone, hard solid nonmetallic mineral matter of which rock is made, especially as a building material. “the houses are built of stone"

Have you ever taken the time to skip a stone across a pond? Such a forgotten art … You first look for the perfect rock. Then you brush it against your clothes and dust it off. You examine it closer and see it has a few jagged edges. And you know from experience you need the rock to be smooth for the best results. It takes care and precision.

You now get ready you place the rock in your hand maybe flip it a few times to feel the weight. And then with great expectation, you wrap your fingers around this rock as to hug it for one last time. Before you pull back with all your strength. Your eyes close slowly. You take a deep breath. and cock back your arm. And your body begins to move in a dance-like rhythm. Your arm flies forward your fingers open and the stone is airborne…As it meets the water, we count one skip, two skips, three skips … and it disappears… and the water now blossoms into a beautiful ripple across the once smooth surface.

Are we much like a stone? Some look perfect from a distance. But when we look closer, we all have jagged edges from living life. But our Father knows how to smooth them for the best results. He holds us in His loving hands and takes such precision and care.

Life is as fragile as a flower. We are here only, one skip, two skips, three skips…and then the life we know will disappear from this world.  But the question becomes when your life blossoms into that beautiful ripple across the smooth surface. Who will be standing on the banks to witness and share the beauty you have left for others to see. Touch a heart, wipe a tear, hold a hand, be kind, show compassion, share life.

Do not throw that first stone, embrace those jagged edges.. learn to LOVE with open arms.

He has proven time and time again that He loves us even with all our jagged edges.

Its Him, It's always Him.

So when they continued asking Him, He lifted Himself up and said unto them, “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.” John 8:7

When He had finished speaking with him upon Mount Sinai, He gave Moses the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of God. Exodus 31:18

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel. 36:26 KJV.

Knowing

“Limitless undying love which shines around me like a million suns it calls me on and on across the universe.

John Lennon

There are 13 verses in the Bible about knowing.

Meaning of Knowing The state of being aware or informed.  Showing or suggesting that one has knowledge or awareness that is secret or known to only a few people:  Done in full awareness or consciousness.

To know, is it a thought process? Learning processes? Or a comfort felt within our soul. This word speaks to my soul…Because I don’t think I have ever been asked how well do you know them? But I have heard among other people of faith… You must grow to know Him??

What does that mean?? When we turn to the Bible, we find this is a masterpiece of information.  We find facts, we find wisdom, we find history, we find a guide to life and love.

But where do they tell us how to truly know Him?? I see and have been told so many different opinions, study the word, join a church, join a prayer group… And I respect everyone’s walk with Him. Each one of us is uniquely special to Him. What works for one is not necessarily what works for another. You have to find your own path to Him.

I can only share my experience and heart. As many of you know I have been on a beautiful spiritual journey. The Holy Spirit touched my soul and then God held my hand and has guided me through the most amazing 25 months of my life. He held my heart and introduced Himself. I needed this introduction because I knew of Him but did not truly know Him.

I called Him Father.

But as my walk continued we became closer and He became Elohim. He then introduced me to His beautiful Son Jesus. As days passed, I grew to know Him better by spending time with Him. He frequented my meditations, but if the truth be known I invited Him often.  Surprisingly my meditations taught me many things. Jesus was so loving and kind. I love His humor.

Together They introduced me to the sweet breath of God. His name is the Holy Spirit… I felt a LOVE that is beyond anything we can experience on this earth… During these months and as I grew closer. I told my Father, that I felt Father was too formal because we were spending so much time together.  I needed another name?? And I remember saying I know. I will call you Love because that is what I think of when I think of you.

But then I thought how could I leave Jesus and the Holy Spirit out?  They are such a beautiful part of God the Father… On that day they became LOVE’s… They are my 3N1… So how do you get to know Them?? Find Them. Spend time with Them … Get close and personal. Let Them be your guide They will take you on the most amazing journey of your life…..

Give Them the keys to your heart and let Them introduce you to a LOVE that will leave you in awe.  The first step of knowing Him is

LETTING GO !!!!!! and Feel Them in your soul.

You will fall in LOVE, and They will take it from there.

It’s Him. It’s always HIM

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:14

For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.  For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men. Romans 14:17-18

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen 2 Peter 3:18

Beacon

The word Beacon is only referred to in the Bible 3 times.

Beacon meaning: fire or light set up in a high or prominent position as a warning, signal, or celebration. A pole (Heb. to'ren) used as a standard or ensign set on the tops of mountains as a call to the people to assemble themselves for some great national purpose the same word is rendered "mast."

There is a darkness in our world… It can consume our hearts, it can wound our souls. It can separate us from loving others and robs us of feeling their love in return. I see so many hurting hearts, I see them dancing in this darkness….

It makes me feel so small, so unequipped...  I can only cry out!

Help me shine, teach me your LOVE, help me save them. Only you, my LOVEs have this amazing light, only you can salvage the broken, only you can salvage the lost. Only you can restore the beauty in our world…

We feel so lost.. and I hear in my soul.

Child, you have grown to know my light. You have felt its warmth. You see the beauty. You carry the embers of my light deep within your soul. Fuel the flicker into a flame with my love. And share it with others.

It only takes the smallest of flame to bring HOPE. It only takes the smallest of flame to bring understanding, and it only takes the smallest of flame to ignite the greatest gift of LOVE to share. Do not be afraid I promise to be with you always.

He is my beacon of this amazing LIGHT. I see it! I feel it !! I Love it! I just want to dance in His light until the darkness flees.

Its Him. It’s always Him!

Seek Him, Find Him, LOVE Him.

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. John 8:12

One thousand will flee at the threat of one man; You will flee at the threat of five until you are left as a flag on a mountain top. And as a signal on a hill. Isaiah 30:17

“Flee for safety, O sons of Benjamin, From the midst of Jerusalem! Now blow a trumpet in TekoaAnd raise a signal over Beth-haccerem; For evil looks down from the north And great destruction. Jeremiah 6:1

Lift up a standard on the bare hill, Raise your voice to them, Wave the hand that they may enter the doors of the nobles Isaiah 13:2.

Power

Gentleness is power under perfect control

The meaning of power the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events. To move or travel with great speed or force.

The word is power is in approximately 100 verses in the Bible.

Have you ever wondered what is the strongest force in the universe? Well the power of this word, forced me to look deeper. And it led me here.

The strong nuclear force, also called the strong nuclear interaction, is the strongest of the four fundamental forces of nature. It's 6 thousand trillion trillion trillion (that's 39 zeroes after 6!) times stronger than the force of gravity, according to the HyperPhysics website.

Can we even fathom this kind of power? I would find it mind-blowing to even try. If this power is possible?? How can we begin to wrap our heads around the power of GOD?? OMG…His power is in everything we touch, see, and feel.

His power has split seas, harnessed storms, and holds the vastness of our universe in place. Such majesty. Such authority. Such command.

I stand in awe in His presence.

He is all-powerful, all-mighty. And a force that cannot be stopped.  But I have found a tenderness, gentleness, and a LOVE that complements who He truly is.

Even though His power is THE BIGGEST BADDEST force in our universe. There is a sweetness and beauty in His power.

It’s how He controls it. He shows us this POWER under control every day. How does he not lose His patience with all of mankind??  He must be tired of all the fighting, discord, and lack of LOVE we have in our world.

For generations, we have been guided on how to LIVE and how to LOVE. And like disobedient children, some of us still refuse to listen. He could disintegrate our world with just the wave of His hand.

To have this much power blows our minds, but what I find even more awe-inspiring is His ability to control and harness this majestic power. I think it’s due to His ability to LOVE us so deeply, His ability to look past the pain we cause Him and see the beauty of His children.

This does not diminish the greatness He possesses. It shows us a tenderness, It shows us forgiveness, It shows us a POWER of LOVE that is far beyond words. It shows us what is waiting for those who LOVE HIM.

OMG, I am at a loss for words…

It’s HIM, It’s always HIM

Seek Him. Find Him. Love Him.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

2 Corinthians 12:9

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26

For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So, they are without excuse. Romans 1:20

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Matthew 28:18.

Emotions

There's no place too dark for God's light to penetrate and no heart too

difficult to be set aflame by His love.

 .Sammy Tippi.

.Meaning of emotions, a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.

There are 5844 emotions referenced in the Bible.

Wow, emotions what are they, and where do they come from?? Well of course if you know anything about me. I am going to the best source I know for answers, to the Bible. I thought I would start by identifying what we label as emotions. There is Love, Hate, Compassion, Joy, Delight, Anger, Sorrow, Pain, Fear, Suffering.  There is such a range of emotions we experience in this thing we call life…

My research brought me to this explanation … “The heart is in a constant two-way dialogue with the brain — our emotions change the signals the brain sends to the heart and the heart responds in complex ways. ... These signals create the actual feelings we experience in the heart area and the body. The erratic heart rhythms also block our ability to think clearly. (www.today.com)

In my lifetime I have felt every one of the emotions on the list. Some have brought beauty, some have brought heart-crushing pain. But I will admit they have all brought tears.

However, as the years of my life unfolded, I did learn over time to hide my emotions deep within the chambers of my heart.  I found I hid behind a word that most people in society see as a weakness. That dark word is vulnerable. Do not show your vulnerability. Do not let people see your scars? Keep them hidden. Don’t cry, Be strong.

However, when God shows you a LOVE so large that your heart wants to burst open into a rainbow of colors. It feels as if your heart is being circumcised one layer at a time. Your heart becomes open like a fillet for the world to see.

Emotions spill out far beyond anything you have ever felt in your lifetime. It’s at that moment in time when you are faced with that dark word called vulnerability.  At first, you may be bewildered and confused because you have guarded your feelings for so long. Others around you see changes happening before their eyes. Some will embrace the changes some will run.

But as these bottled up emotions start to surface you began to find the beauty in the word vulnerable. As God leads you slowly to touch and feel life your emotions began to slowly show up at the most unexpected places. Tears began to flow and cleanse your soul. You begin to see the beauty in things you have forgotten. There is no fear as He Holds your hand and helps you heal.

It’s this amazing LOVE from GOD that has given me wings and has taught me to fly. And I am OK with showing the world who I am.

I once had a friend who tried to teach me that being vulnerable was OK. Well if she were here, I could share with her with God all things are possible. He now holds my heart in his hands and I am free to be me.

How could I not LOVE HIM with all that I am!

It's Him. It's always Him.

OK so where is a tissue, I am feeling this word in my vulnerable heart.

"I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well." Psalm 139:14

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Philippians 4:6

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." 1 Corinthians 13:4

"Be on your guard; stand firm in faith; be courageous; be strong."

1 Corinthians 16:13

"Trust in the LORD with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Proverbs 3:5.

Passion

The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire.”

by Ferdinand Foch

.Passion any powerful or compelling emotion or feeling, as love or hate.

The word Passion comes from the Latin word for suffering. The crucifixion of Jesus is accepted by many scholars as an actual historical event.

There are 46 Bible Verses about Passion

When we say the word passion most will immediately think of a LOVE between a couple. Passion can be a powerful force. It can hold so many emotions. It can take us from 0-60 in seconds. Passion can grab your heart, change your focus, and redirect your soul.

So, the question becomes, do we have a passion for life? Or do we get distracted with life itself? Do we truly appreciate the important things? Do we squeeze every ounce of beauty from each day we are blessed to take a breath? Or do we get bogged down from the negative vibes and miss the beauty that surrounds us??

How do we come to truly understand one of the most passionate intense moments in our history? Along with its significance and how it has affected our lives through the ages?

When we look back on that day, we see a passion of hatred so out of control that they tried to KILL a LOVE that was so large.

Unfortunately, they did not understand the magnitude and beauty of the moment.  This moment proved to the world that all the hate in our world could not stop His LOVE. His LOVE spilled out that day and has touched souls for generations.

I do believe when we utter the word passion it’s His name that should spill out from our lips. His passion for LIFE and LOVE reaches far beyond our understanding. It has transcended time and space. He wow’s me.

His passion and LOVE can be felt in the deepest chambers of our hearts.

There is such a beauty and sweetness that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit share with us. How do we not see it? How do we not run to Them with open arms?  Just open your heart and feel Him. This passion, this craving, for knowing more can take us on the most incredible journey of our life. I say, pack your bags and get ready to experience the ride of a lifetime.

Its Him, Its always Him.. (3N1)

And they were all amazed at the greatness of God. But while everyone was marveling at all that He was doing, He said to His disciples.

Found

 He found me. Triune, Tn

. Meaning of found: having been discovered by chance or unexpectedly.

There are 25 Bible Verses about Finding Things

How, why, when, did you find me? How could this even happen when I did not know I was even lost?  In life it is so easy to be so busy we become lost in the day to day activity and miss the beauty of life itself.

I have found that even when we think everything in life is going according to our plan… There is something that is bigger than anything we could ever imagine whispering to our souls…

I found HIM!!!  But in reality, He Found me… and now that I have grown to know Him, I realize He has been whispering His LOVE song to my soul since the beginning of time. But I could not hear HIM. Life was raging and spinning so fast around me I did not recognize the pull on my heart. And my soul could not feel His Love.

However, I have found His soul offers a Love and gentleness like no other.  He is relentless in His pursuit of His Children. He will not stop the chase until you are consumed with His LOVE and it overflows for others to see.

He is a beautiful gift for all to share.  He offers LIFE, He offers LOVE.  He offers completeness of your soul. He is always whispering to our hearts.. He never stops calling our names.

Shhh just stop life for just a few moments. Be very still and listen with your heart… You see we are never truly lost to Him you are always found…

But, He will never force you to LOVE Him. It will be a choice only you can make… So, find Him, love Him and you will find the true beauty and meaning of life itself.

Its Him, Its always HIM. (My 3N1)
