Separate

No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:39

The meaning of separate the action or state of moving or being moved apart.

There are 27 verses about separation in the Bible.

I do believe we learn about separation at birth. At birth, our tiny souls are separated from our Heavenly Father. And we are given the gift of life to our parents. They are given the job to nurture and to love us until we grow to adulthood where once again we are separated.

Both of these acts of separation are separation by location and should always keep the LOVE intact.

However, there is a painful separation that happens because of judgment. And it’s one of the most painful separations to understand.

It is man-made and so totally unnecessary.

As we follow Christ, there are times we feel separated due to what people think. The Christian walk can become one of the most amazing beautiful love-filled but lonely walks we will ever face.

But what I find amazing, the people who separate themselves from the lovers of Christ.. will be faced with a choice of loving and accepting Christ at some time in their life or I do believe there may be a price to pay in the afterlife.

The choice will be to separate their heart from the ways of the world and to love and follow Him with all their heart, all their soul, all their strength, and all their mind. And the Christ lovers that you once pushed away will welcome you into His circle of love.  Where you will not be subjected to the judgment and separation felt by others that came to Him before you.

I do feel our souls are drawn to our Creator, we all travel at different rates of speed towards the evitable. We should not judge what we do not understand. We should embrace others and their differences. I do believe the more you learn about Christ and His love.. the less judgment you will feel in your hearts.

The beauty of this separation is it promises a gift of life and love not just for eternity but for every waking moment we are blessed with on earth.  And there my friends is when the separation at birth will come full circle and the Heavenly bond you had at birth with the Heavenly Father will be restored.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2

He answered, "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" Luke 10:27 NIV

Yearn

The Monastery of the Immaculate Conception is a monastery in Ferdinand, Indiana

..Meaning of yearn: to have an intense feeling of longing for something, typically something that one has lost or been separated from.

The word yearn is in approximately 23 instances in the Bible.

When I hear the word yearn, I am transported to the period of time called the RenaissanceWhere the subject of love was written with such passion and artistry. It has withstood the test of time and has been appreciated for generations. The word yearn points me to that a famous quote by William Shakespeare. “O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? By any other word would smell as sweet. Parting is such sweet sorrow.” Where two young teens had a LOVE so strong that the thought of living without the one they yearned for, made life not worth living.

That my friend is a yearning beyond our comprehension.

Is that so farfetched? When we look at yearning on a spiritual level.. It can be difficult to navigate in these unknown waters. When you feel the beautiful presence of God. It can fill your soul with a love that is difficult to explain. But it leaves you with a yearning in your soul for more. There is an unquenchable thirst.

There are scriptures that call to our souls, “if we thirst come.” (Rev 22:17) I do believe before we are born our souls have tasted the living water, and we were satisfied. And then as we travel in this life on earth. We are in a constant search to taste and be filled by that living water. It’s a yearning that comes from the deepest part of the soul. It’s a desire to be loved. It’s a yearning of missing the bond we once had with our creator. And yes, we can bond with Him on a spiritual level. But as humans, we yearn for His touch, for His embrace, for His love.

If you do not continue to seek Him your yearning for that missing piece in your life will never be satisfied. There are many who try to be filled with earthly possessions and successes and have taken their eye off the bigger picture.  Eternity! With the greatest love that has ever been given with such passion and artistry. It has withstood the test of time and has been appreciated for generations.

Him, It's always Him.

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.(Rev 22:17)

For he satisfies the longing soul, and the hungry soul he fills with good things. Psalms 107.9

Alive

My heart has heard you say, "Come and talk with me." And my heart responds, "Lord, I am coming." ─ Psalm 27:8 NLT

Meaning of alive: (A person, animal, or plant) living, not dead.

The word alive is in the Bible approximately 268 times.

As the first rays of the morning began to peek across the horizon we began to feel a sense of being alive. When just seconds before we were in a blissful state of slumber. Does this mirror life? Are we dormant? Do walk through life asleep? I do believe there are degrees of being alive. I understand some must have a few cups of coffee to get their motor running. What is the driving force that some show the world? That reason may differ for many people. But the question becomes are we satisfied? Are truly happy? Is our spirit-filled? Is our soul alive? Or do we go through the motions?

I can share my experience. After moving to a new city I felt dormant. But I was introduced to someone that flipped my life.. and my soul began to dance and feel alive! What does this alive feeling mean?

There is an appreciation for everything and everyone around you! There is a wonderment of God. Life has a purpose and you began to see things in vivid colors. You began to hear words of LOVE. Your heart is open to feeling the sweetness of each waking moment.

Does your purpose give you these gifts? Or does your description of alive look different? Do you think my description is something you would like to experience? I can point you to the reason I feel a renewed sense of the word alive. He will change how you see life!! And you will feel alive like never before!!

It’s him, it’s always Him!

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – John 14:6 NIV

Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature. Genesis 2:7 ESV

“When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. But he laid his right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. I am the living one. I died, but look—I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.”

Loneliness

When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them

Romans 12:13

The meaning of loneliness sadness because one has no friends or company. "feelings of depression and loneliness" (of a place) the quality of being unfrequented and remote; isolation.

There are approximately 25 verses about loneliness in the Bible.

Loneliness is a difficult emotion to write about. It makes me sad. It makes my heart hurt. It makes tears flow. I do think if you breathe oxygen you have felt this feeling at some time in your life. You have felt the anxiety of not belonging. Or the pain of rejection and or isolation.

What I find curious is, you can be in a room filled with hundreds of people and still feel the pains of being lonely. Many people need someone to validate life. Some are loners and are fine in isolation. Some just need to feel that human bond. They need to hear that human voice. They need to feel that sense of belonging.

During these challenging times. I see, so many hurting hearts. They are crying out for just a little kindness, a little compassion, and are longing for a loving heart to reach out, and care.

Our challenge becomes how can we touch just one lonely heart? Maybe a call, a text, or a facetime.  But it should not stop there. What do we say? How can we help them fill that void in their life they seem to be missing? I will share my thoughts.

I have met a LOVE, that can change life in the blink of an eye. It can fill your days with joy. He will accept your every flaw. He understands your anxieties. He will hold you until morning’s first light. He will share your desires and dreams. He is the light that shines in the darkest hour. I can introduce Him to you. You will find peace and love like you never thought possible.  He is the lover of your soul. He goes by many names.

I call Him Elohim, Sometimes I call Him Yeshua or the Holy Spirit. But no matter what I call them collectively they are LOVEs.  And together they wow me.

It’s Them, Its always Them. (HIM)

Reach out today and touch a life. Be the difference in one heart today. Your soul will be blessed beyond measure.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me Psalms 23:4

Sand

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. John 15:9
There are approximately 33 scriptures in the bible referencing sand.
A loose granular substance, typically pale yellowish brown, resulting from the erosion of siliceous and other rocks and forming a major constituent of beaches, riverbeds, the seabed, and deserts.

You the reader must be thinking Sand? Sand? Really? Such a peculiar word to study when we study the Bible? And I would have to agree! So why did this word show up? How did it arrive in my thoughts? I asked a simple question?

A few weeks ago, I had a discussion with a friend about the time Jesus showed us how not to judge but to have great compassion. Even with great peer pressure He stood firm and did what was right in his heart… I will take to the scripture John 8:6 where it is documented that Jesus was tested. And he bent down and with his finger wrote something in the sand. There are several ideas what was written but there really is no proof. This puzzled me and must have stayed in my mind…. Because curious minds want to know.. Hmm

And now there is one more idea… and I take no credit for it. It came to me in a meditation. I did not even have this in my mind at the time. It just happened so I thought I would share.

My meditation moment

The room was dark and cool. With Lights softly burning. I lit the incense. I laid the chair all the way back. Put my headphones on. And listened to a song called Yeshua, and soon I drifted here...

I was on a beach the water was a beautiful aqua color it had large black smooth bolder size rocks outlining the shoreline. The waves were crashing and rolling in as to kiss the shore. You could hear the roar of the ocean. I could see the sun’s rays as they danced across the surface of the water. I could smell the salt in the air.. and feel the warmth upon my skin.

I soon saw a white horse being ridden fast I could see the sand fly almost in a slow-motion action as the horse’s hoofs hit the smooth wet sand.  At first, I was just standing off to one side. But when I looked again, I was on the back holding on to Jesus tightly. But quickly the scene changed and we were sitting on the shore in the soft beach sand ... He seemed to be writing something in the sand ...And I asked Him.  What did you write in the sand so many years ago ... He looked up and smiled and looked down to continue to write.

So I got up and walked behind Him... and to my surprise. He had written I LOVE YOU. And then I began to cry ... in the physical.. the music faded and the meditation ended.

So when I read, the scripture from a time gone by, I know in my heart It was I LOVE YOU that was written in the sand that day… and yes He did it twice.. because some of us are harder to convince than others… How could that not be the answer?

He was not sent to us to judge us. He was sent here to teach us how to LOVE. He was sent to teach us how to treat others. He was sent to teach us how to stand up for what is right. Even if it goes against what others think or do. I do think it is in our Human nature to judge. But we must look at our own hearts. Before we throw that stone… Show compassion, show LOVE, be the change.  Let's learn how to love from the Master.

Its Him, It's always Him.

There are no reasons on earth that can change His LOVE for us.
He WOWs me.

This they said to test him, that they might have some charge to bring against him. Jesus bent down and wrote with his finger on the ground. John 8:6

“For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.”
John 3:17 AMPC

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When I awake, I am still with You. Psalm 139:17-18

Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before him.  Jesus stood up and said to her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"  She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said, "Neither do I condemn you; go and from now on sin no more."Jn 8:9-11

Loyal

Meaning of loyal giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution.

There are 65 verses in the Bible about loyalty

Loyalty, is it that do or die feeling? Do we give our hearts away hoping that the one we give our heart to will take precious care of this amazing gift?

I have found that life scars can sometimes test that word loyalty. So how do we travel in our world and be loyal when we have so many unpredictable things happening around us ??  Sometimes perception can cause us to pause and question loyalty.   This word hit home with me when I was tested. And I had to make some difficult decisions.

I have always felt I have been a loyal person and felt I would go to the mat for someone I love.  And I feel strongly that I still would. But please know if I am put through the test of being loyal to someone at the cost of going against what God is requiring of me. I do not want you to consider this a loss … Because if God is asking there is a very good reason for His request. And it may be pointing us to bigger things.

Now know my decision will not come without heartfelt pain of disappointment in your eyes. But know my loyalty to God will always come first. This journey has been a life experience that is beyond anything I have been through. It has placed me in some unfamiliar territory. It has tested me. It has taught me so many things about Elohim, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit.  Together they have taught me about life and love. (I am a work in progress).

As many of my readers know I am a firm believer in the 3N1. He WOW’s me.

His loyalty to us is beyond words. His love for us is unwavering. He holds us so close. He wants us to be better, He wants us to grow into beautiful souls… When we look at loyalty, we need to sometimes look at the bigger picture. All things always point to Him.

It's Him, It's always Him.

We are still alive because the Lord’s faithful love never ends. Every morning he shows it in new ways! You are so very true and loyal! I say to myself, “The Lord is my God, and I trust him.” Lamentations 3:22-24

He who pursues righteousness and loyalty Finds life, righteousness and honor. Proverbs 21:21

Deuteronomy 7:9 Know that Yahweh your God is God, the faithful God who keeps His gracious covenant loyalty for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commands. Deuteronomy 7:9
