Just breathe my love, for I am here like a gentle breeze. I will awake your heart...I will calm your spirit... close your eyes and listen with your heart... You will feel my presence... and drift into that sweet state of not awake and not sleeping... It’s where I wait for you each moment... Now rest... as the world continues to spin ...You will find rest with me. I will gently shift your restlessness into a peaceful slumber...
