The song The Hidden Thread was born from my desire to discover more about the women of long ago… and in that journey, I couldn’t help but feel that many of them have been overlooked for the beautiful attributes they carried so deeply within.
This song speaks their names and reflects the strength, faith, courage, wisdom, and love that made each one remarkable.
The Hidden Thread is my tribute.. a musical tapestry created to offer a fresh perspective and to help place a face, a heart, and a spirit to the names we often only read in Scripture.
Beginning now, one song will be released on the 15th of each month, each highlighting a different woman and the unique strength she carried. The names chosen are only a glimpse into the powerful thread women have woven throughout history.
A sorrowful spiritual lament born from the weight of witnessing a world still searching for truth. Anxious with My Calling is an intimate, brooding ballad wrapped in grief, prayer, and quiet urgency... a reminder to listen beyond the noise for the voice that still calls to the soul.
“And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior.” Luke 1:46-47 KJV
When a beautiful blessing caused heartbreak. As a mother how do you reconcile that your child carries the weight of the world on His shoulders? How can you deal with seeing the pain in your child's eyes? How do we stand at His feet and watch Him take is last breath? Witnessing this must have put a rip in her heart so deep she felt it was beyond repair.
She must have suffered every wound, every tear, and every drop of blood that fell. The anguish must have been beyond human comprehension. She gave us such a beautiful gift, it was the biggest most precious part of her life. She gave us her beautiful Son, Emmanuel. She was just a child herself when He was born. But she trusted God to hold her hand through all of the life trials she would endure.
Even knowing how important His role is, the loss must have always haunted her soul. She was left behind with all her human frailties to embrace and understand the magnitude of His amazing life. Only her Son could deliver such an amazing gift of peace and healing to her heart. I am so grateful for her and her sacrifice.
When you look for strength remember this story of a mother and child and their journey. It’s unconditional love at its finest. It’s the most beautiful love story we will ever know...
Today let's embrace all Mothers and acknowledge the sacrifice and the beautiful gift of LOVE they unselfishly give.
“For a Child hath been born to us, A Son hath been given to us, And the princely power is on his shoulder, And He doth call his name Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah9:6
For years I have shared pieces of my heart through photography, reflections, music, paintings, podcasts, and stories born from moments that changed my life forever.
What began as one encounter with a Greater Love slowly became a journey of creativity, healing, wonder, and faith. Since then, I have spent years sharing my heart.
Capturing and documenting slices of life through photography, painting emotion onto canvas, and sharing whispers from the soul through my blog and music.
Many of you have walked beside me through these reflections, and I just wanted to say thank you. Your kindness, encouragement, and presence have meant more than you know.

I have found my first love in the sanctuary of my spiritual mind, body, and soul. He is my escape from the outside world and my forever hiding place. With Him, I am embarking on a wondrous journey of self-discovery as He patiently guides me through the intricate labyrinth of my soul. He is the missing piece to the earthly void that chases me. He is the one who completes me and makes me whole. With Him, I am never alone.
He patiently awaits… with open arms, yearning to listen to my deepest thoughts, secrets, and desires … He accepts me as I am, even with all my frailties and flaws… He guides the vulnerable child within me as I stumble through each God-given day… He fills my heart with an intoxicating love that breathes life into the mundane existence of human life. He is a spiritual experience that radiates a peaceful state of soulful surrender, satisfying every fiber of my restless soul… He is the Master of hearts, holding mine gently as I forge a path.
I will always wonder why it took me so long to find Him!!! I was not blessed to know Him as a child… I only knew of Him. I will admit, I found His beauty in the latter years of life… However, I cannot take the credit because He found me. Silly me, I didn’t even know I was lost.
I have missed so much by knowing Him only for such a short time. So, the hunger you see to know more about the Soul that has impacted my life wondrously is fueled by the knowledge that my life is ticking by, and I do not want to waste another moment without growing my knowledge and love for Him.
With every tear that falls upon my face, I am reminded of His unwavering love and awe-inspiring presence.
I humbly hear Him gently whisper to my soul …
“My child, there is so much more to discover. The sweetest gift lies beyond your world." "It lies within me… Close your eyes, take my hand… and let’s embark on the journey written for you alone!”
And my heart whispers …
It’s Him! It will always be Him!!
And I am undone…
He is...
My sanctuary! My spiritual love from another world. He is my spiritual guide home…There is so much I have yet to comprehend fully!!
I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to love Him!! My Elohim!

My hope still is to leave the world a bit better than when I got here. Jim Henson
Meaning of Foster: To encourage or promote the development of (something, typically something regarded as good).to cherish (a plan, hope, etc.) in one's mind.
The word foster is referred to approximately 6 times in the Bible.
When I started my discovery of this word, I found that the word Foster is typically paired with the word child. I am not sure where this word will lead me, but I know our Heavenly Father has a plan... The word seemed to make its way into my thoughts while I was driving… How does He do that??
While studying the meaning above I began to ask do I foster anything or anyone in the world… Do I take the time to encourage dormant souls? Am I a small part of developing a message that can help someone find hope? Do I cherish the one who gave me life? He is teaching me so many things about life and love.
But do we share our hearts and love with others as He has asked? Has that word vulnerable made a home in our souls?? Do we foster goodwill toward all men? I cannot be the only one that wonders… Am I listening to my Heavenly Father's voice? Or am I out here flying solo?? Are we helping Him touch others in His name? Or do we do things to show the world we are Christians? Instead of helping without praises. He knows our hearts… and our every thought.
“Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 6
I know we all think He is omni everything and can do it all…
But since the beginning of time, He engaged man, in His master plan because of love not because of need. He wants to foster relationships with His children… These relationships cannot be formed in a vacuum it takes two loving souls. I invite you to ponder these thoughts and see where He leads you... I can only speak for myself.
I asked Him to be a part of my life a few years ago… And I have been building a relationship one brick at a time, with one of the most incredible souls I have ever encountered. Every day is such an amazing adventure… However, I am afraid I have only begun to scratch the surface… He is so beyond our human comprehension...
But the one thing I am sure of is, He gave me a message of love to share… I can only pray that these words I have written penetrate your soul…
If I sound zealous in my delivery it is because I have felt His great love stirring within my heart. There is nothing that compares. He placed a burning desire within me to share His great love… I personally want anyone that reads this or hears His voice to receive His amazing gift…
So, open your heart and invite Him in… And wait... He will take you in His loving arms and He will help you build your relationship one brick at a time… And your life will never be the same.
He WOWs me
It's Him, It's always Him.
But those who embraced him and took hold of his name., he gave authority to become the children of God! John 1:12
